I got given "Happy Songs" as a birthday present, and after reading the playlist, thought it could be quite good. When I played it, I found myself grinning like a cheshire cat, while taking a pleasant stroll down amnesia lane, and dancing round my front room like a looney, singing at the top of my voice, and not caring about the strange looks from the people walking past my window, and from my son!

Every song is indeed a ‘happy song‘ and would cheer anyone up. There is a good mix of songs from different decades and different syles of music, and unlike most double albums, both sides are as great as each other.
